1. Mold removal process

1、Remove the wall pillar side mold

In general, the wall pillar side form can be removed 12 hours after the concrete is poured, first remove the diagonal support, and then remove the through the wall bolts. To remove the bolt through the wall, loosen the nut with a wrench, remove the gasket, remove the lower back, tap one end of the bolt until the bolt exits the concrete, then remove the pin connecting the formwork, and use a crowbar to move the formwork, so that the formwork is separated from the wall. Remove the  formwork and accessories in time to clean, carry the same position on the first layer flat stack.

2 、Remove the top die

In general, the top die can be removed after 36 -- 48 hours. Removal of the top die starts from the position of the beam and the plate support rod, and the pin of the beam and the plate support rod and the connecting parts connected to them are removed. Then remove the formwork and pry it from the concrete with a crowbar. When removing, ensure that the support rod remains intact and does not loosen. Remove the  formwork and accessories in time to clean, carry the same position on the first layer flat stack.

3 、Remove the support rod

The removal of the support rod shall comply with the concrete strength requirements of the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structure Engineering" for the removal of the bottom mold, and the removal time of the support rod shall be determined according to the indent test block for the removal of the mold. In general, remove the plate bottom support after 10 days, remove the beam bottom support after 14 days, and remove the cantilever support after 28 days. To remove each support, grab the support bar with one hand, loosen the direction with the other hand and hammer the adjustable fulcrum to remove the support bar.

2. Details of mold removal

After the construction of aluminum formwork, it is necessary to remove the aluminum formwork for the next layer of assembly.

1、The removal of the aluminum formwork on the inner wall takes the bottom of the aluminum formwork as the rotating shaft to leave the concrete. The aluminum formwork is separated from the concrete on the side of the wall with a crowbar, and then the special pull rod for removing the aluminum formwork is used to remove it. In the process of dismantling, the surface should be avoided to lift the skin, and special attention should be paid to the corner of the wall and the end of the mold is not damaged.

2、After the connection between the aluminum formwork and the external guide wall panel is removed, the tower crane can be used to pull the concrete directly from the top, and directly hoisted to the same position on the next layer after cleaning on the spot.

3、floor panel bottom aluminum formwork and beam bottom aluminum formwork removal, starting from the floor keel, should first remove the pin and the connecting rod between the keel and the support head, and then remove the keel and the adjacent floor formwork pin and wedge, and then remove the keel. When removing the floor aluminum formwork along the wall, the top edge formwork should be removed first.

4、transfer can be used in four ways:

(1) The overall large aluminum  formwork with large weight and size is transferred through the nearest staircase.

(2) Through the hollow place transfer.

(3) Transfer through the hole reserved on the floor, and then pour concrete to seal the aluminum formwork after the transportation.

(4) Transfer through the external wall scaffolding.

3. Matters needing attention in mold removal

1. Before demolition, the working platform should be set up to ensure safety, at least two people in a group.

2. When the aluminum formwork is dismantled, the concrete strength must reach the design allowable value before it can be carried out.

3, when removing the  formwork must not loose and collision support rod.

4, remove the  formwork should immediately clean up the dirt on the  formwork, and brush the release agent in time.

5. The  formwork of bending deformation in the construction process should be transported to the processing site for correction in time.

6. The removed parts should be cleaned, counted and transferred to the upper layer in time.

7. Removed  formworks are transported to the upper floor through reserved postal holes or floor cavities, and scattered accessories are transported by stairs.
