The material of our aluminum ringlock scaffold is aluminum alloy 6061-T6, which is light in weight and easy to operate and durable. The full aluminum structure ensures no risk of corrosion, and aluminum ringlock scaffold has a long lifespan and a high recycling value.
No Loose Components, Easy Handling
The main components are standard post, horizontal brace, diagonal brace, platform, base jack (or casters), toe board and stabilizer. The whole system requires no extra tools or loose fittings for its setup and dismantling, only hammer is needed, which can be easily handled by two people.
Flexible
Horizontal braces, diagonal braces and standard posts are available in a variety of lengths, ranging from 2’ to 10’, which allows the system to be built in any configuration to suit different job requirement. And it is very flexible to set up a scaffold, and the scaffold height can reach up to 60 meters (wall connectors are required to make the scaffold more stable) to meet the different needs of customers.

We adopt robot welding to ensure all parts are with stable and great welding quality, we have around 30 units of robots for welding and 10 welders with qualification certificate to make sure high efficiency and stable welding quality. What's more, our welding quality meets the standard of IIW 3834-2. This system is welded by robots in IIW certified workshop, all parts are with stable and great welding quality.
Besides, the strength of components and joints is strictly tested, and the access deck can take 200kg/m2. What's the most important, our ringlock scaffold has passed the SGS test and meet the Australian standard of AS / NZS 1576.3: 2015, so our quality is guaranteed.
