We arrange the loading test in our QC testing room to test the loading capacity of the props to make sure that our aluminum shoring props are in the safe load range.

Our welding workshop and welders are certified with AWS D1.2/D1.2M, make sure high efficiency and stable welding quality, and also our welding quality meets the requirement of IIW.

                                

We have three automatic machines to improve the production efficiency of thread cutting of inner tube and thus guarantee stable quality.

We have 4 automatic powder coated lines to guarantee the powder with good results and strong absorption, even attached to the corners.

We strictly follow the quality control from IQC, IPQC and FQC procedures, and then arrange the QC to check the quality from the incoming material to production to pre-shipment to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements, and thus you have no worry about using our products.
