1. Build a leveling frame before installation of self climbing platform. The leveling frame can be set up on the original temporary scaffold. Platform in width of 600mm should be aligned with the required distance between the frame and building structure; if not, the temporary scaffold can be changed in the process of setting up a leveling frame.
Stress requirements: The leveling frame can bear 5000N/m2 vertical force and the frame body has no deformation and no loosening.
Size requirements: The height of the working surface of the leveling frame should be 300mm-500mm above the elevation of the structure installation layer. The leveling frame should be flat and the height difference should be controlled within 20mm.
2. Construction personnel need to be trained and qualified after the issuance of frame gymnastics testimony before construction.
3. DO NOT take place any construction personnel during construction. If you need to replace any, they must go through safety training before they can take up the post.
4. Construction personnel are fixed from platform assembly to demolition.
5. Safety measures must be completed when the frame construction personnel are working. Construction is not allowed if it fails to meet the safety requirements.
6. When the platform is climbing, all irrelevant personnel must be within the safety range, do not go to the platform or stay on the frame body.
7. There should be a specific chief commander in the process of platform climbing, and all the coordination personnel should follow the arrangement of the chief commander.
8. Frame body as a protection frame, not as a support frame, is not allowed to pile up any construction materials or a template support to strengthen the template.
9. In the process of construction, the construction materials of the frame body should be taken lightly, not violent construction, not to destroy construction materials.
10. The assembly of the frame body shall be constructed strictly in accordance with the drawings, and shall not be constructed or changed the drawings without permission.
11. Stop all related operations of the frame body in inclement weather.
12. Position the wall bracket accurately and firmly connected with the main body, the gasket should be close to the building structure.
13. After lifting in place, if the third support of the frame body cannot be installed normally or encounter gale, heavy rain and other inclement weather, it is necessary to pull the frame body and the main body in time to prevent overturning and other safety problems.
14. Fire prevention measures should be in place if working with open fire is needed; fire extinguishers, water tanks and other fire appliances should be within a safe distance.
15. The concrete attached to the wall device should meet the design requirements, to avoid the cracking of the wall and beam in the process of lifting the frame body.
16. After demolition of frame body, the parts and electrical system of the frame body should be sorted out and shipped out in time. If it cannot be shipped out in time, the finished products should be protected well.
17. The bolts through the wall must be long enough with the exposed length of bolts in three times of the length of nuts, and the bolts must be secured in place.
18. The size of the embedded parts of the frame body shall be carried out in strict accordance with the drawings. The embedded position shall be accurate and reasonable, and the embedded connection shall be firm and in place and not allowed to be changed at will.
