Kitsen Aluminum Ringlock Scaffold is all-round multi-directional aluminum alloy scaffold which widely used for access in maintenance, repairing, and cleaning works on construction. All components of this system are manufactured under ISO standard, the scaffold assembly complies with the vertical load requirement of standard AS/NZS 1576.3. Besides, the following features of aluminum ringlock bring it very popular in construction field.

Versatility

Kitsen Aluminum Ringlock scaffold makes a great combination of simplicity and flexibility. This system can be designed and assembled as façade scaffolding to suit it any height and different work environments. It is also compatible with regular ringlock scaffold system in the market.

The project Hong Kong Ocean Park applied KITSEN aluminum ringlock for re-painting the building. The building was made of glasses and fiber and the scaffold cannot be attached to building itself. The aluminum ringlock helped and reached high construction speed under this circumstance. (14 days completed assembly area 9000m2)

High Strength and Safety

Scaffolds are made of high strength aluminum alloy 6061-T6. The strength of components and joints are strictly tested and verified. The loading capacity of access deck is 270kg/m2. All parts are welded by robot in IIW certified workshop and with stable welding quality.

Lightweight and build faster

Compared with traditional steel ringlock scaffold, aluminum one is with the feature of lightweight and durable. The aluminum standard post in length=3000mm weighs only 6.19kg, which is around 60% lighter than the steel one.

The whole system requires no extra tools (hammer only) to assemble and dismantle. An aerial platform can be easily assembled by only 2 persons within a short time.
